1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AutoPublisher ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AutoPublisher is a web-based platform that helps creators generate short-form video content, captions, and hashtags using artificial intelligence, and publish that content to their own connected accounts through authorized third-party platform APIs.

3. Account Connection and Consent

To use publishing features you must have a valid TikTok account and authorize the Service through TikTok Login Kit (OAuth 2.0). Your use of connected platform features is also governed by the applicable platform terms and developer policies, including the TikTok Music Usage Confirmation and, where applicable, the TikTok Branded Content Policy.

The Service never posts on your behalf automatically. Each post requires you to review the video, choose its privacy setting and interaction options, and press publish.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content published through the Service to your connected accounts. You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that violates applicable community guidelines, laws, or third-party rights. Where content promotes a brand, product, or service, you are responsible for disclosing it accurately using the commercial content options provided in the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

AI-generated content created through the Service is provided for your use in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of content you publish, subject to the connected platform's terms. We do not add watermarks or promotional branding to your content.

6. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. Third-party API availability, rate limits, and posting quotas are controlled by the respective platform and may affect publishing.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your account in Studio or revoking access in your TikTok app settings. We may suspend access if the Service is used in violation of these Terms or platform policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AutoPublisher is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or third-party API integrations.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
